Yilbit (“Yilbit”, “we”, “us”) is an AI shopping and savings assistant operated by Yilbit Work. You can reach us at hello@yilbit.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the yilbit.com website. The Yilbit app, browser extension and AI assistant integrations are in early access; each will show its own privacy terms before you use it.

Information we collect on this website

• Emails you send us. If you write to us (for example, to request early access or a partnership), we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to manage your early-access request.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and protect the website.
• Your language choice. If you pick a language, your browser remembers it locally. It is not sent to us.

This website does not use advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not track you across other websites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard request data.

How we use information

To answer you, to manage early access, to keep the website secure, and to comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

Our principles for the Yilbit product

• We only use the information you choose to share with Yilbit.
• We never ask for your bank or card passwords.
• We do not identify anonymous visitors or track people across the web for advertisers.
• Offers from partners are shown only to people who opted in, and sponsored placements are always labeled.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Yilbit (such as hosting and email), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@yilbit.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU/UK GDPR or Brazil's LGPD.

Retention

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you, and then delete them.

Children

Yilbit is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
